Mobile Photography Workshops

The workshop series focuses on information that I have created, teaching that information to my clients, and proactively demonstrating techniques that have been developed overtime... all this while using your own cell phone with your own subjects!

The workshops are engaging, creative, and designed for discovery of self ability when it comes to taking photographs.

Workshop ONE: Introduction to Mobile Photography

This workshop dives into the purpose of the workshop series, what to expect during the experience, how to interact with children during pictures, posing and positioning, as well as lighting.

Workshop Two: Color and Texture

This workshop discusses color theories, the color wheel, color blocking, outfits during a photo session, how to find natural texture, and edit with artificial texture.

Workshop Three: Shapes and Depth of Field

This workshop reviews the fundamentals of photography, which heavily discusses aperture, natural shapes, as well as posing shapes! We continue to discuss editing using Lightroom.

Workshop Four: Direction and Movement

This is the final workshop of the lesson categories where it discusses essentially how to capture movement in your images, and how to use our basic knowledge of various directions when interpreting how to take pictures.

Workshop Five: Relay and Recap

Although this workshop is titled Relay and Recap, it is the most valuable workshop of the series. The reason is because not only is the previous information reviewed, but here is where you will learn the secrets of Instagram, editing (including Presets), photography apps, and phone tricks to get the more artistic images. The prior four workshops must be completed before qualifying for signing up for this lesson.
